Incentive. How to handle it?
I am going to reveal you the history of our site creation.
We, the whole team of All Incentive, had long disputes of what we will write and for whom. What shall the design be like and how to get our message across to a person who comes or reads about us?
To make our site fast and smart we engaged marketing specialist and professional developers, designers and web-designers not going too deep into their distinctions.
The main thing we were intended for was to tell of incentives.
There are plenty of words that could hardly be translated into Russian; thus we, native Russian speakers, accept them as they are, and as time flows we get used to them as if they have never been foreign, we stop even noticing their “foreignness” that made them so unusual before: «ëåïòîï» (lap-top), «îôèñ» (office), «êðåàòèâ» (creative) …
And we’d like to be accepted as we are – incentive company, èíñåíòèâ-êîìïàíèÿ - the same in English and Russian, without search for equivalents !
We create incentives, encourage to live brighter and more interesting life, more intensive than yesterday at the same time living for tomorrow that is going to be even more amazing.
Every chapter and every word of our site has its Creator. His name is undersigned and these are his words and his comprehension of system business, which is often pretty emotional.
Speaking official, not-emotional language: incentive (motivation) is a way to make people (employees) work more effective, more qualitative and just to work more, if you want. Correctness of this way has been proven by experience of generations of corporations.
“How can it be?”, you wonder. “It’s salary increase that must be the best incentive!” Really not! Salary increase motivates people for a month or two, reputable psychological investigations proved it. After that it’s not an incentive any more. A person gets used and wants more!
And it’s only Happiness that a person will never be used to. It usually lasts for a moment and then many times, somewhile for the whole life flashes back as an only thing worth living for…
Do not treat our words adversely. We don’t trade Happiness. It’s just not for sale. We offer you, your company or your family one of technologies to live the day brighter and lovelier… It could be whatever – journey in chase of adventures or adventure in your office, exotic seminar or dealer’s conference – we are professional company creating emotional and thus the most stable connection between an event and its participants, corporation and its employees, among family or crew members, between the guests of Ukraine and hospitable hosts.
The site happened to be very emotional, open and vulnerable.
Though the main thing is that it happened to be.
